What are the five phases of IndiaNiva?
Phase 1 — Brand Foundation : brand identity, website, legal foundation, first wave of saree education, waitlist launched. Largely done.
Phase 2 — Tailor Directory + Audience Growth: real tailors added to the directory, daily social media presence, audience grows, supplier research begins. This is where we are now.
Phase 3 — Ecommerce Launch: the online shop opens with 15–30 premium sarees and ethnic wear pieces.
Phase 4 — Growth + Partnerships: wedding planners, Indian shops, pop-ups, festival campaigns, expanded tailor directory.
Phase 5 — IndiaNiva Occasion Rental: a premium rental sub-line for sarees, lehengas, and accessories for weddings and special occasions.
